How to Remove Sticker Residue

Stickers are tough enough to budge, never mind having to worry about the sticky residue they leave behind. How many times have you removed a sticker, only to have to pick away at the remaining residue with little progress? When posed with the task of Removing Stickers, (which is normally a two pronged problem), you firstly must remove the Sticker itself, which can vary from plastic, vinyl or paper and secondly, you must remove the problem of the sticker residue left behind.

The sticker residue can either be a water based or an acrylic adhesive that hardens over time due to heat or U.V. Once a liquid is poured onto the sticker, this congeals it to a sticky mush that has a tenacious hold onto the base material. This action makes cleaning the sticker residue even more difficult than before.

Removing sticker Residue

The perfect solution to remove Sticker Residue is CT1 Multisolve. Multisolve is a unique safe aliphatic solvent that detaches the molecular structure of the Sticker Residue from the base material. The Sticker Residue is removed almost instantly without any damage to the surrounding area. It may be surprising to learn that most solvents burn glues such as stickers from the surface area of the base material. This will often damage the original aesthetics of the material, causing you even more problems than you had to begin with.
