With 60mph winds and driving rain, this contemporary house in the heart of the conservation area of Tobermory, Isle of Mull, needed every protection possible. I found CT1 to be a brilliant product that could be used in the damp winter building conditions to bond and seal eaves skirts to roofing membranes, seal DPC’s and around bargeboards and cills. The fact that it was paintable was very important and it smoothed out very easily. Soon our building team only wanted to use CT1 and thankfully Travis Perkins in Oban became a stockist of it so we could easily get it here on the island.
